This fall, DECORAZON NYC ignites the season with “Of Watchers, Tricksters & the Bold”, This major solo exhibition unveils a powerful new body of work in which Mikesell channels archetypal figures that blur the lines between human and animal, myth and reality. Her evocative paintings conjure watchers who observe, tricksters who disrupt, and bold presences that embody transformation, defiance, and reclamation.

Mikesell’s latest body of work brings to life hybrid figures that slip between human and animal, myth and reality. These enigmatic characters—watchers, tricksters, and the bold—invite us into worlds of mystery, play, and transformation.
